Here are a couple exercises you can use to lose weight quickly. Warning: There'll be none of that nonsense about jogging, using an elliptical or stairstepper, or anything like that. I know you're bored with hearing that typical advice.
So here are some exciting new things you can do.

1. Mini-trampoline jumping
This is an awesome, little utilized exercise. It's my personal favorite. All you do is jump on the mini-trampoline, but what I do is this. I jump on it during tv commercials throughout the day.
This gives me greater flexibility with my time. Not only is this exercise great for the whole body, it's great for your free time. Instead of having to schedule workouts in big chunks of time... as well as all the time it takes to drive to and from the gym, you simply fit this into your schedule by doing it during tv commercials.
Each 1 hour tv show has about 20-22 minutes of commercials. A lot, I know! So make use of it. I give you permission to watch tv for 1 hour, just jump on the mini-trampoline during commercials to make that productive time instead of wasted time.
2. Walking on an Inclined Treadmill
This is 10 times better than walking on a flat treadmill or surface. Just try it and see for yourself. It's like night and day. Walking on a flat surface is fine for long term weight loss, but if you want to lose weight quickly, walk on a 10-15 degree inclined slope... either a treadmill or a hill. You only need to do this 15-20 minutes. Try it and thank me later.
