Pain Management: What is energy?

We will examine how our life energy affects our sense of well being. We'll see how it controls the power of this stress pain, e.

What is this energy, and how can we access it?

Think of electric lighting. If you turn to create a wall switch, light goes on somewhere in the house. As energy is added when the light bulb turned on the light switch?

As we all know, there are the wires through the wall, but you can not see 'them. There are similar energy circuits in our bodies. We call meridians. You pass through our bodies, but we can see t '. You can use switches to access our own energy to touch, rub, or the possession of certain reflex points on the surface of our body.

If a garden hose has a knot in it, water can not flow, and often to stop the water flowing can. This is the same with the meridians. If there is a block / node in the meridian system is not energyflow, probably one of the causes of our stress and pain and illness.

We are talking about energy in the muscles. Every muscle is connected to a Meridian and Meridian each organ is connected. Working with the muscles can work the entire body's energy system.

acupuncture meridians of energy "Chi" to help access to the flow of energy.

We have all experienced the pain in one or the other. Even if not pain, our painFriend. As the wall switch and the bulb when something is not working properly, our body sends us messages of pain to make us aware of this fact.

If the lamp does not go, if we flip, or if it keeps flickering off and we can say that there is something wrong with the source of electricity for the bulb or the switch.

Similarly, if our body sends a message of pain, we know that something needs attention to restore the proper functioning. Bestellen

Too often we tend to ignore or to hide the pain with analgesics. But we balance the subtle energies that the spirit and body control.

The pain may be a kind of stress. We can generally classify stress in one of four categories:

and intellectual or emotional stress can be experienced at home, at work, on, etc. playground, and may reflect both the challenges and exciting disruptive eventsEvents.

or physical stress and structural muscle imbalances and postural problems and can often result from repetitive stress or muscle strain (RMS). Disorders are usually derived muscle imbalances. Muscular bones, bones do not pull muscles.

or chemical exposure may result from what we eat, drink or smoke, for lack of essential nutrients and pollution.

The energy or stress can come from fluorescent lights, power lines andTransformers transmitters, radio and radar, etc.

Each of these stress factors can bring the body out of the systems that control energy balance and keep our body well-being.

These tensions can often be neutralized our bodies, balancing energy flows in the power supply is a light switch controls a wall can be the distance, the energy flows in our body can be massaged or controlled by tapping differentPoints of the body. Scientific names of these points are:

or reflections neurolymphatic

O neurovascular reflex points and

acupuncture points o.

These points act as a switch. Rubbing or touching it "sets" the connection and gets the energy flowing properly again.

If you have been complaining about your increased utility bill and you are looking for a way to lower it, then you should consider using an outdoor clothes dryer. Drying your clothes outside may feel like stepping back in time but you will reap plenty of benefits in the end.

Besides being able to save up a bit on your monthly utility bill, you are also doing your share in energy conservation. Clothes dryers eats up a huge percentage of your energy bill. In fact, an electric clothes dryer can account for one third of your electric bill. Electic dryers that are used in many residential homes nowadays consume power to provide heat just to get the drum working and that doesn't take into account the actual time drying your clothes. When turned on and fully working, electric clothes dryer uses up four to six kilowatts of energy. When you use a dryer every day, you are not only wasting energy but also wasting your hard earned money.

An outdoor clothes dryer seems to be a smart solution to these problems. If you have tried drying your clothes naturally outside, you will see a big difference between electrically dried and naturally dried. Clothes dried outside carry a fresher smell. The scent from detergents and bleach is also not as strong in clothes that are dried naturally.

For white clothes, you don't have to soak them in bleach when using an outdoor dryer since the sun's rays help maintain their light color. Plus, sunlight is also an effective natural sanitizer. It kills the germs that cling to your clothes.

Fabrics that are dried on an outdoor clothes dryer also seem to be stiffer compared to clothes that are fresh out of an electric clothes dryer. If you don't like your clothes, or towel, or sheets to be stiff, then there's a simple solution to that. Put your item of clothing or articles that you don't like stiff into your electric dryer right after sun drying them. set your dryer into the on the air only cycle for at least five minutes so you don't use the heat cycle and run up your electric bill. This should do the trick and will ease up some of the stiffness of your clothes. But if you like stiffer clothing then you can save on ironing and using any starch.

If you decide to go with an outdoor clothes dryer you may want to look into getting an indoor drying rack for drying clothes indoors so whenyou get a stretch of bad weather and you need to have some clean clothes you can get it done. It may take longer and your will not get the full effect of an outdoor clothes dryer but you can save it for another day.
